Adventures in Morocco

They started this trip crossing the Mediterranean Sea via Gibraltar, it was the fastest way to move from Europe to Africa and to start their visit to Morocco. Tangier was a melting pot of cultures and had everything they would anticipate from a city that was conquered by several civilizations specially at the Kasbah Museum. They visited the famous Moroccan Tanneries and its clothing colours in Fez.

Jumelanio, Lambisgoio and Xilosfenio headed south to Dar Al-Bayda mostly known as Casablanca, Morocco largest city and it's financial capital. But what attracted most were the mosques, cathedral and the architecture of the old city (Medina).

Marrakesh was their next stop to visit the famous Medina and the Souk (market). Over there they understood the culture of Morocco, talking to people, eating Tangine and Couscous and specially learning how to bargain.

They left the city behind in camels towards east for their last stop - Sahara Desert, the largest hot and sand desert on Earth - occupying most of North Africa. It was a great experience to ride the camels through the day and camp at night observing the beautiful sky and all stars.
